- Plan, photograph, and deliver your session or wedding
- Send contracts, invoices, and gallery links

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as HoneyBook (inquiries, contracts, and invoices), our gallery and album platform, our payment processor, our email provider, Google (analytics and advertising), and our accountant. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Photos of You
How we may use images from your session or wedding (for example, in our portfolio, blog, or social media) is set out in your photography contract. If you’d prefer your images not be shared publicly, tell us and we will honor that.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep inquiry details for 12 months if you don’t book. For clients, we keep contracts, invoices, and related records for as long as needed for tax and legal purposes, currently 7 years, and we keep gallery files for the period stated in your contract.
How We Protect Information
We use reputable service providers with their own security safeguards and limit access to the people who need it. No online system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by writing to [email protected]. Every marketing email also includes an unsubscribe link. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
Children’s Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
